It's fabulous. I used it first for dove jalapeno poppers. Way way better than my first try with an unnamed inferior product. Even enjoyed oiled and season rubbed monkey brains from China's Yunnan province. Sounds a little out there but if you don't go you won't know. Just sayin.

I roasted one chicken. The coat peeled off, and the pan rusted after one use. Extremely frustrated that this cost so much money.
With the holidays approaching I'll be cooking both turkey and roasts and I needed a new roasting pan. This one heats up quickly and, to my surprise, I really like it for baking most of all. The food releases quickly. I still coat the pan before cooking, but I don't have to worry so much about prepping the pan perfectly, so that the pan bonds with the batter, because it just hasn't happened. No more trying to even out and smooth the dented parts of my cake.The pan cleans quickly, even after broiling. I think the days when I have to soak pans first to get the hardened grime off are over.I roasted broccoli and usually with non-stick I need to do some trial and error to keep from overcooking them, but the broccoli came out fine in this pan the first time around. I look forward to tackling turkey time, now.
Product was advertised as 11 inch x 15.5 inch, and includes a "helpful" image showing those dimensions along the bottom of the pan; with the flared out sides giving larger dimensions of 12 inch x 16 inch at the top. While I didn't measure the length, the actual inner width along the bottom of the pan is only 9.5 inches, which I discovered when checking to see if my 10 inch springform pan would fit inside of it so that I could use it for a water bath when baking a cheesecake.
Very well built pan. I wish it was a little deeper but it is functional for most uses. I expected it to be flimsy, but I was plesantly wrong. This will hold up long term to frequent use
I am so glad I got this! Roasted a whole chicken, and it came out better than using a regular roasting pan. The chicken wasn't swimming in juices, and it was cooked thoroughly on all sides. Additionally, the pan is large enough that I was able to add some vegetables. Finally, not needing to use non-stick spray and how easy it was to clean up after is a huge bonus! I will be using this roasting pan from now on instead of my old roasting pan.
