I love, love, love this roasting pan! My old turkey roaster hit the skids after years of use so I got this to replace it. It's really cute ( daughter is jealous), it's solid, lid fits nicely and it did a great job with a 16 pound turkey and a big roasted chicken with all the veggies and trimmings. Im over the moon happy with this and yes, I will gift one to my daughter because it's that cute and she won't "borrow" mine.
Outstanding quality and beauty! Fits my 18 lb turkey with ease, which was a huge relief after reading conflicting reviews. The handles are generously sized and make lifting simple. The workmanship overall is impressive, though I did notice a couple of small glaze misses in hidden areas (inside the handle).Performance-wise, the pan cooked my turkey faster than expected, which meant I’ll need to adjust timing next time to avoid dryness. On the plus side, it browned the bird beautifully even with the lid on—something I didn’t expect and really appreciated. Bonus: mine came with silicone oven mitts, which was a pleasant surprise.Verdict: Pricey, but delivers on function and presentation. Just be prepared to fine‑tune your cooking times.
Not for very large turkey..I did get a 15lb turkey in this pan..but couldn’t get a larger one in. It is a really nice for roasting..love the lid ..its strong, cleans easy and it also came with nice oven mitts and basting brush..it’s really great for most roasting meats
Used it for first time today. Nice size, cooked my turkey great! Very moist. The only issue we had is we noticed some chips in the enamel coating where the lid sits. Not sure if they were there prior to using.
Used this for the first time on Christmas Day. The roaster fit a 14.5 pound turkey in it. Nice even cook and the turkey was great. It cleaned with ease.
This pan was amazing. We made our first Thanksgiving turkey in it and it came out phenomenally. It reminds me of the roasting pan my grandma has. No mess, easy clean up. The heat distributed evenly while cooking and kept the bird warm while it rested. I got it on sale so it was definitely worth the money I had spent, I don’t know if I would buy it full price though.
I love the high dome. The quality is very good and the booklet that comes with it is impressive. It cooks evenly and cleaned up nicely. I dont use it much because I dont cook much. It did my roast just fine. I love my new roasting pan.
