Crazy-good cutter, ultra high quality and feels so sturdy!
This cutter is so cool! Its very high quality, something I feel should cost significantly more than the asking price here. This cutter is absolutely solid, sturdy, has weight to it and its insanely sharp! It minced my garlic for garlic bread last night with precision and speed. Very, very nice blade! And the leather pouch is super high quality genuine leather - it smells like leather, looks like leather. Not cheap materials at all! This is now the nicest blade I own. This pizza cutter/Ulu knife is really cool. I have an entire block set of Rococo knives, and they are super sharp, and this knife is no different. It is incredibly sharp, and it comes with a cool holder/sheath. Yes, it's good for pizza, but it is also good for just chopping in general. Just rock it back and fourth and voila, your onion or garlic or bacon or whatever is chopped. And it is fun to use as well. My other rococo kives are pretty plain looking next to this cutter.
