I've been sharpening with whetstones for ages because they're supposed to be the most effective method for honing a razor sharp edge, but this is better. Sharpening with a whetstone is difficult because it depends on hand control and intuition, whereas this sharpener is more mechanical, leaving no room for human error, so you get the perfect angle without any effort. The quality and build feels ultra premium and just looks so handsome in my kitchen. The builtin magnet is super strong and keeps the blade firmly locked in place so the blade never budges from position. The process is so easy, you just roll the drum in my picture back and forth until you're satisfied with the blade, that's it. I'd never get a blade this sharp with my whetstone collection. I'm so happy I discovered this amazing sharpener and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants the sharpest blade possible without any hassle, or needing years of experience with whetstones.

I saw one of my friends sharpening their knives with this type of tool and decided to get one myself.This sharpener works really well and looks great. The packaging is so nice as well!!When you’re first starting sharpening the knives it takes a little practice to understand how it works and how the knives should be positioned but once you get a hang of it, the sharpening is easy and most importantly effective!I used to sharpen my knives with one of those tools that comes in the set with knives but that doesn’t really work well compared to this sharpener!Would definitely recommend it to anyone!
