As someone who is a new baker, this set was an amazing find. The baking mat is way better than my old one. It saves a lot of guesswork.The only minor quirk comes down to storage. If you fold the silicone mat to put it away in a drawer, the material tends to stick to itself quite a bit. It peels apart easily enough when you take it back out, so it isn't damaged, but it can be a little annoying. Rolling the mat for storage might be a better option to avoid that stickiness. Overall, though, the tools are effective and easy to clean, making prep work much smoother.
