Missing the Pastry Mat that was included in the set!

This is a nice Rolling Pin, however, the box was missing the Pastry Mat that was supposed to be included with the set.Also, I am having some trouble getting the thickness rings on the pin. Maybe it’s because I’m blonde, but some instructions would have been nice…even if they were simple.Not sure the price is warranted without the mat.
