I really like this paring knife. It is all metal, beautifully made, with a perfect, no-gap seam between the handle and the blade. It is well-balanced, very sharp, and easy to hone on a steel to keep its edge. I'd be happy to own a full set.
Great price for a super sharp knife. Have used several months and with hand washing and drying each use, it remains perfectly nsharpnas day 1. Matches our brushed stainless set perfectly so an easy replacement.

Cuts very well.Beautiful design.Being one single stainless steel piece, is extremely hygienic because it does not have micro crevices between blade and handle were food can never be removed/cleaned.
