Very easy to use. Just cut a block of cheese, jam it into the grater, and turn the crank! I get to live out my fantasy of endlessly piling Parmesan cheese onto my plate.It's easy to clean and the fact that it comes apart to fit several different graters makes it simple to just load into the dishwasher.Changing out grater types is a little weird at first, but you'll get the hang of it quickly.
Was not good! Super dull, build quality poor
The design could be better. The Metter doesn't let the cheese come out with out bunching up you will need to spray it to lube it up.
The metal of this piece is SO flimsy. Probably the flimsiest metal object I've ever held. It feels like I can crush it. I like that it came with different inserts for grating different styles. However, I also don't like it because it takes up a lot of room to have so many items related to this grater. The grater is really poor made.
I ordered 4 of these for our restaurant because the plastic versions would break. They seemed ok, but then we noticed that they are actually grating metal off of the press - not so good! I wanted to return them, but the return window passed, so I am stuck with decorative pieces for the shelf! What a waste.
