could be better

Overall I liked using this, but it could be improved. The quality of overall construction feels pretty low, its not very heavy or strong feeling plastic. The blades are sharp and they do cut well. Once you get going it shreds cheese like a dream. It had some issues with the skin of a potato but seemed ok with pre peeled.It's tedious to take apart and put together and that's the biggest downfall. If you're changing ingredients and therefore changing blades even if you dont need to clean it (might as well) you still have a lot of steps to get the blades changed out.This is a tool I will pull out of the cabinet when I need to grate an unholy amount of cheese. It does a fantastic job with that. But it's going to be an occasional use. It's just too tedious to use regularly.
