Super strong suction; Easy to clean; Works decently well
-I’m happy with this grater. When I first pulled it out of the box, I won’t lie, I thought the plastic felt quite cheap. However, the performance of the grater has been perfect so far.-I like the design of the grater. The mouth of it is wide so nothing gets stuck in the compartment and it’s tall enough that you can easily slide a bowl, even larger ones, in front and slightly under the mouth to catch things as they come out of the grater. I also love that the different blades came with a little storage holder and that the grater is easy to use and take apart for cleaning.-Cleaning is also super easy. I just rinse the parts off and put them in the dishwasher, which is great.-The base of this grater is super strong. When you lock it to a surface it is not moving at all. I also didn’t have any issues with cheese or cucumbers getting stuck in the blade. That’s mostly what I use it for but I love it and it works so well that I want to try and use it for even more things.-I also like that it came with a book that shows what each blade does and is used for. I also just enjoy the way this grater looks and that the cream color matches the rest of my kitchen items.

This rotary cheese and vegetable grater is a handy kitchen tool for speeding up prep work. It comes with multiple interchangeable blades, so it can slice, shred, or grate everything from cheese to veggies.The material is made of sturdy plastic that feels durable and solid, with stainless steel blades that cut cleanly. The ergonomic handle is easy to grip and turn, which makes grating much less painful than using a traditional handheld grater. I was in need of a new rotary cheese grater after my son dropped parts of my last one on the floor, didn't bother to pick them up, and my dogs destroyed them. Fortunately, it was just the plastic parts and not the metal graters. Anyway, so I got this one and after giving the family a stern warning about the dangers of dropping kitchen utensils on the floor, we got to using it. My teenagers love it for its ease of set up and use-- just snap a few pieces together and they've got shredded cheese (and shredded just about anything, as they've learned). The different grates are useful depending on what we're making and cut down our prep time dramatically on everything from enchiladas to carrot cake. The blades are strong and slice right through the food. Cleaning isn't as fun, but at least it's not hard to do. We wash it by hand, just let the grates soak for a little bit after working with cheeses. The ease of use is still very much worth the effort to clean it. This is a must in every kitchen.

It seems very well made with good quality materials...even though it is mostly plastic. It is very solid and stable in use, and the suction base really keeps it in place without even the slightest movement. It is actually larger than I was expecting, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. Very easy to setup, use, and even clean. I love it for grating my own cheese (jack, cheddar, pepper jack) as compared to buying the bagged variety of fiesta/Mexican blend grated cheese. As the store bought variety has an additive that keeps it from sticking together, but changes the melt and taste of the cheese (in my opinion). It is also great for preparing fresh veggies for garden salads. I can easily grate carrots, shred cabbage, and slice cucumber...to name a few. It does seem to do better with the more solid items when slicing and shredding, so there may be a slight learning curve when first using. It comes with a nice storage tray for the blade sets, that keeps them organized and ready for use. It says that it is dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash, as it is easy enough to clean.Bottom line, this manual grater is pretty great! It offers great quality, functionality, and value.
