Made of cheap plastic

Very cheaply made. Used the fine blade cylinder to grate about a half pound of parmesan and then couldn't get the cylinder out. After much work, changed to the larger blade cylinder and couldn't get the plastic handle (crank) to tighten. It acted like it was stripped, although it looked okay. Also, tried 3 different surfaces...quartz and laminate counter tops and wooden cutting board...and the suction would not hold. I'm returning this item for a refund.
