good equipment with flexible uses

Large. Heavy. Built well. They also look very well clad, although I surely will not be using a knife to damage the surface because I'm protective of my kitchen equipment. I bake a lot of bread, and wanted larger than my regular cake pans for larger batches of, say, sticky buns or cinnamon/raisin rolls. The two smallest serve well for that purpose. The third largest is deep enough that I can lay a rack then set a cheesecake pan atop. The largest one, I'm having fun envisioning its use for large dinners or potlucks where you want to just pile on foods to share. They just arrived so I have not put them through their paces yet. I can certainly edit my review if I find my expectations are not well met.These are good and weighty. They're heavier than I expected. They are decidedly not flimsy. For now, I find them well worth my money!

Beautiful packaging and nonstick

This roasting pan set comes in a four pack of varying sizes from small, which is the size of a cake pan all the way up to larger sizes for baking an entire meal. I ordered this set in the creamy white color and I have to say when it came it was packaged absolutely Beautifully and this is a product I would feel comfortable gifting as well.There is a coupon going on, and this makes the four pack of roasting pans an especially good value for the money.I keep hearing many conflicting opinions on nonstick pans, and I have taken these into account, however, I really love a nonstick pan. These pans are not overly heavy, but still require a two hand lift for the largest size. They are sturdy enough to feel confident when cooking in them yet not as wrist breaking as many that I have dealt with.While these pans are oven and dishwasher safe, they are not oven safe at 450°, which I do like to cook at on occasion. That is my main reason for deducting a star but other than that, I am happy with this set.

These pans are a great example of getting what you pay for; they are well made, have a nice solid feel without being overly heavy and the non-stick is great. These pans have quickly become our go-to pans for baking/roasting and pretty much anything we can figure to use them. You get a nice array of sizes, they look great and for family gatherings you can serve from them family style. While they are certainly not inexpensive, from a value perspective if you would rather buy something once and enjoy and appreciate it, these are your pans!
