Very good but not quite as good as my old gripper pad

I had a gripper pad that I was given many years ago and as a result can not remember where I purchased. It was of similar size, shape and design however it was made from what appeared to be rubber and slightly thicker. I had it for many, many years but it recently tore so I ordered these. These are slightly thinner with the material being a bit more slippery. I used them a few times already and they work well however they don't grip quite as well. The original gripper pads had deeper texture embossed into the pad where as these, being thinner, have about half the texture making them more prone to slipping. None the less, they do work well, just not quite as well.

not so great

I had a set of something quite like this that I purchased a long time ago (different brand) and they were great. I struggle opening lids from jars and bottles due to physical disability, and these really worked to help me be independent in the kitchen. After many years, I lost my set and decided to replace them. I picked these due to teh lower price, and rather regret not spending a little more to get something better from a different brand.These weren't as good as the other brand I had before. Only one side of each mat has a gripped texture, which I feel makes it harder to open jars and bottles. The mats are also kinda small, which makes it harder to use as it is difficult to get a comfortable grip when opening larger jars.I plan to shop for something from another brand at some point soon, though these will do until then.

Great for all sizes of lids and easy to use

I have had other bottle/jar openers, but they are conical shaped and a harder material which makes them hard for me to use. Especially on smaller lids. These are textured on one side which provides a grip, and the material is pliable enough for me to use on small caps and larger jar caps. Great for my small hands!
