We had the awesome pleasure to review the Lotus Glass Tea tumbler from Sacred Lotus Love. One of the things we like to share with our readers at Brewing Wisdom is the importance of slowing down and making time for what truly matters most. When we came up with the name Brewing Wisdom we were actually sitting at our dinner table sipping hot brewed coffee. We thought about how in life we always seem to be rushing and making quick decisions (especially in a touch-of-a-button world) without thought or reason. Many times these decisions are made carelessly and we end up regretting the choices we make or have made. We find it best when there are big decisions to be made we need to sit down and “brew up” some wisdom. This takes slowing down, patience, praying and thinking it over.That is the purpose of the product and design of the Sacred Lotus Tea Tumbler. It is designed to help slow down and get connected. We are so excited to show you an in-depth look at this very well designed and detailed tumbler. Let’s take a closer look! The tumbler is an Infuser + Strainer for Loose Leaf Tea, Coffee, and Fruit Water. Includes a Travel Cozy and a Natural Bamboo Leak-Proof Lid. Perfect Gift. Soulful Design. Beautifully Packaged. The box arrived safely shipped and very well packaged for protection of the glass in a plastic cushion tube. The tumbler arrives in this beautifully designed cardboard tube with metallic gold letters that include information and instructions on how to use your tumbler as well as lotus blossoms on the sides. I could not wait to pop open the metal lid to take a look! Everything inside is so well branded and very detailed!Inside the tube, you will find your tumbler wrapped in a nice padded travel sleeve to keep your beverage hot longer and easier to hold. Also, included are more instructions, and an adorable little card with a pleasant little saying to welcome you to your tumbler. Everything is in gold lettering it’s very elegant and special! It beautifully designed with a gift-ready packaging, which it really did feel as if I was opening a special gift just for me. This makes such a great gift idea for tea lovers!The double-wall glass (excellent for holding heat or keeping beverage cold) has a gorgeous lotus blossom embossed nicely on the side as well as the beautiful saying ‘Listen to Your Soul‘. Since this is a double cylinder glass tumbler, the etched design is in the inner glass cylinder which means when washing you won’t be able to wash off the beautiful design. Very well thought out and designed! You will only be washing the outer glass cylinder. I just loved the bamboo lid! The lid has a stainless steel interior made from natural, sustainably sourced bamboo to give a nice texture and feel to nature! Printed on inside the lid is another beautifully designed lotus blossom. Included is also the stainless steel strainer and infuser basket with more lotus blossoms printed on each strainer.The ‘Lotus’ infuser basket and strainer fit inside the bottle at the top. They lightly click into place. The infuser basket and strainer come attached. Simply unscrew them to use as you prefer, together or separate, or not at all.Included was also an extra rubber seal for the lid which is super nice to include as a spare in case the current seal goes.By far this is one of the most beautiful tea tumblers I have ever seen with this crystal clear glass and simple bamboo lid to top it off. It’s very elegant and functional and just looks great to take anywhere you go!For the review, I decided to make some pumpkin spice loose tea. To do this I added my loose leaf tea in the basket and heated up my goose kneck kettle to 212°F and poured it over the leaves.I waited a few minutes for the tea to infuse nicely. Once the tea was ready, I removed the basket containing the loose leaves. This tumbler kept my tea nice and warm for a few hours, especially if you use the sleeve (It will keep it hot much longer). The tumbler warms up nicely for those cool Fall and cold Winter days.Overall, this tea tumbler is quite impressive! I just fell in love with all the bits of detail that went into this. It just makes you want to keep sipping tea all day and you want to show it off. It is a bit pricey but well worth it in my honest opinion for the great quality and details. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. It really shows in the quality here!
