Really cute glass containers!!!
I was super excited when I saw these containers finally on sale because I’ve been wanting to get them for a couple months now! I was looking for a glass container to store some vitamins and these turned out way better and cuter than I imagined! From the advertised picture I was worried they would be a little too light color wise but all the lids came with that nice dark brown, which I love! The glass seems sturdy and of good quality and they hold a lot more than I was expecting!

Inconsistent glass color/quality.. But amazing when you get a good batch..
These jars have the screw tops with wooden lids, which is hard to find in these smaller sizes. The 8oz is like a great size if you buy in bulk and don't want to have to refill every week if you cook at home often. My issues is really that the GLASS of the containers is inconsistent.. Some of the jars are crystal clear and beautiful. Some of them have strange yellowish tenting to them that looks like it has permanent oil stains or something.. I contacted to seller, they really didn't have a solution other than sending it back and taking your chances getting another bad batch. I have about 3 sets. I'm going to try once more, if I get these stained glass jars again, I will have to find another source.

Nice Jars - Obviously Made in China
I bought these as I buy my spices from an organic spice company here in the states and they send the spices in sealed "plastic" bags. I figured I'd try these because if they didn't work I could return them. They are just as advertised - 8 oz glass bottles (jars) which seal tight. My only issue is the labels -- which is why I took a picture of them. They made me LAUGH when I read them. Can you imagine any American company providing you labels for your spices named Bulk, Jam, Essence, Yeast, Herbs or (my favorite) Cookies??? More to the point, can you even imagine how SMALL the cookies would have to be to fit in an 8 oz spice jar? I ended up taking my silver Sharpie and writing the spices I used in the space ABOVE the name they printed on the label, and then cut them off with a straight razor blade. They're good for the price and I'll definitely buy another set if I find I need more.
