These are so fun to cook with. They are easy to use and cleans up well. They are just the right size and of good quality.
I bought these to use in my Thermomix. They work great! I’ve steamed a couple cakes in them and they come out great. They clean up easily. Retain their shape and are easy to store. If you have a Thermomix I highly recommend them. I have not used them in a regular oven.
These silicone mini muffin molds are great quality and do well in the oven. Didn’t give 5 stars because they are not non-stick and when you spray them with Pam or baking spray they become extremely difficult to wash. I’ve found that adding additional vegetable oil to my recipes helps a lot with this issue.
I bought this for the rose mold and the pound cake came out beautiful and tasted so good! I will say I noticed a difference after first couple of uses. The first 2 cakes were really light although cooked for the appropriate amount of time in an electric oven. I noticed after using the cake mold in a gas oven, it has a little brown crust across the top and sides once cooked but that’s fine. I was expecting that (brown) from the first bake. It’s non stick so the mold slides right off. Good quality and price.
LOVE IT! I bought these to make little cakes for my grand daughter to do princess parties with her dolls. Easy to use if you know how to use silicone the right way.
I bought these because I liked the idea of nonstick, flexible loaf pans. The silicone itself is soft and easy to clean, and the loaves do release fairly easily which is a plus. I also liked that you get two molds in the set.That said, there are a few things to be aware of. Because the molds are very flexible, they need to be placed on a baking sheet or rack for stability otherwise they can bend when moving them in and out of the oven. I also noticed the bread didn’t brown quite as evenly as it does in a traditional metal pan, especially on the sides.They work fine for casual baking and are convenient for storage, but they’re not my first choice if you want a perfectly structured loaf. It’s nice for easy, occasional baking, but there are some trade-offs compared to standard loaf pans.
