Easy to Use and Clean
I wanted to replace wooden salad tongs and found these to be perfect. They are easy to use. I like that a large amount of salad can be grasped. The brownish colored plastic is attractive. I have washed them on the top level of the dishwasher without damage. Very happy with my purchase.

Attractive and functional
I love these! They are so functional. I also bought a clear plastic salad bowl and they look attractive hanging from the edge. Clean and modern looking. They pick up salad easily, better than tongs. Easy to store in a small space in the drawer.

Large salad servers
I didn’t measure beforehand and was surprised at how large these are. Others I looked at were way too small. Quality product, easy to clean, just a bit large to handle for a salad for 2 or 4.

Great Serving Items
I really like that these are sturdy plastic. They are easy to use and won't split or crack like wooden ones. These are even dishwasher friendly. I'll never go back to wood salad tongs.

Lasts one year with regular use
I make salad every night, and these were great for the first year. By the end of that time, though, one of them broke (the rounded handle just cracked and broke off). No extra stress or anything that would cause a break; it just broke. Two months later, the other one cracked down the middle. Time to throw them away. I guess for plastic with heavy use I got my money's worth, but I won't order these again. I like kitchen gadgets to last more than a year, even if they are under $15!

a big disappointment
These look great on paper--plastic, dishwasher safe, extra bells and whistles. But in practice they don't live uup to the hype. The handles (the curved plastic) make for a wide grip that is ungainly and awkward to use. If your hands are the least little bit wet or oily from cooking they are very slippery--hard to hold onto. The catcher's mitt style of one of the claws simply doesn't work. It gets in the way and makes tossing a salad a bigger chore than regular claws would. The grater and serrated edge are useless. They are design features, but not functional. Aslo, the plastic gets cloudy either from stains that won't come off or from scratches from dish detergent. Anyway, they never look truly clean. Stick to traditional claws that don't try to do too many things, and end up doing none of them well.
