Useful and effective for apportioning salad from a large bowl. Equally useful for gripping hot stuff (e.g., corn and sweet potatoes). handles could be a bit more comfortable, but not serious enough to make an issue of it.

I love this product.I gave it 4 stars because of the handles, they are too sharp to grab and hurt fingers.
Heavy duty ease to use for salads
I don't know what iterations of this product are sold but the ones I received are terrible -- handles sharp enough to cut skin, impossible to use one-handed, bent handle, poorly made and incredibly cheaply made. Of the hundreds of products I have bought from Amazon over the years, and most have been excellent quality, this is the indisputably worst and I recommend Amazon discontinue them. I don't believe the positive reviews for a second. I often keep unwanted products but returning these things to make the point that they are an embarrassment to Amazon.
The handle is uncomfortable. I have large hands so perhaps I’m being unfair but I don’t think so. Looks like the uncomfortableness will last a long time however.
