Impressive quality knife travel and storage bag. Very well made, super heavy duty oxford type material, net inside pockets, vinyl tool pockets. Heavy duel zipper closure, locking capability (small padlock, not included).So many options for your cooking tool storage. 'flip flaps' on each side inside, and those have net zipper bags attached. Flip them down and close the velcro straps to secure everything. And I do mean everything! Tube pocket after pocket, tall and short, additional 'tube' pocket down the inside center spine for a sharpening tool too. Outside pocket on one side.The ONLY thing I don't understand is the rather strange 'loop' pieces on the outside of that compartment. It's slotted, but no bottom, and the top is sewn all the way across the top. It appears to be made out of a wide piece of the loop side of a band of 'hook and loop' (velcro). Decoration? Use? I have no idea. But other than me not understanding it's use, and I am pretty sure that's my failing, other than that, this is a very fine bag!I am no chef, but I would like to keep my best kitchen tools together, and out of eyesight of other cooks! (my adult children). Those kids went through at least sixteen sets of SS silverware while growing up, I am sure if we were to take a metal detector back to that house, it would just BEEEEEEEEEEEEP and never shut off!! LOL. Ah, kids.So, high quality, professional bag, not a stitch missed, no gaps, heavy zippers, handles, and shoulder strap. Would make a lovely gift for any pro chef, or chef wannabe!
