Lovely set. For years I have been trying to replicate my favorite Sango dinnerware, the Sango Gold Dust Sienna 5039 with no luck. Looks like it was discontinued. This Sango Phoebe is the closest match I have found. I purchased two sets. Unfortunately one arrived with some broken pieces but returning it was easy and the replacement arrived promptly and intact. Solid, functional and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this set.
We’re liking the mixed matte/gloss finish. The plates seem to handle the microwave okay, only modest heating of the plate itself. The only minor oddity was the amount of variation in the speckling of different plates. Overall they’re very nice looking and a great value for the money.
I have been pleasantly surprised by these dishes. They are very pretty, and the colors flatter most food (some plates are beautiful, but either distract from the food or have a color that can make food on it look odd and unappetizing). The glazing on these makes them look, at first glance, like a more handmade set, as opposed to something mass-produced and sold on Amazon.They are heavy and substantial, and have held up extremely well (I'm writing this review about six months in) to my husband's chaotic dishwasher loading and plate handling. No chips!The sizes of the plates and bowls are very useful, and the tapered bowls don't look weird if you only partially fill them. The plates have a fairly pronounced lip which is great for preventing spills and buffet-style or casual (tv) eating.Overall, I'm happier with these than expected. One star off for how much they heat up in the microwave. They get a lot hotter than the food does, so do be careful with that.
This set is one of my favorites I’ve ever owned! The quality is amazing and it’s so pretty. My husband really likes that the edges curve up on the plates. One thing to note is that the dinner plates are a really nice big size, but if you have a smaller dishwasher you’ll have to place them on the outer edges. Highly recommend this dinnerware, we love it.

Love the style! After 18 years of our dishes we loved, we just needed a change. Great choice!! We did keep our smaller bowls from our previous collection; this new one has bigger bowls.
I love this set. I have been looking for a new dish set for some time now and these are just what I wanted. I love that each piece is unique in color or shape. They’re durable and dishwasher safe. So far after weeks of use, there is no scratching or chipping. Cutting on them has been fine and has not damaged the surface. I will 100% be buying another set of these.
