What a Bargain!!

This Santoku knife is a dream. I love chopping ingredients to make Pico de Gallo. I don't know, for some reason it's kind of therapeutic for me. Onion, carrots, potatoes....are no match for the great little knife. I have had to sharpen it a couple of times but I use it A LOT! It holds up to my Cuisinart and Henckels knives just fine. The handle fits in my fist comfortable. I like the brushed silver color too. I'd pay more for this workhorse.

Needs Plastic Safety Protection Sleeve

All knives and scissors should come with a plastic protection sleeve. I think that should be a basic requirement. I tend to buy those for safety reasons.The knife is expected and can be used for cutting fruits and vegetables. It just isn't the same as the German knives because those are the best knives but very expensive with great craftsmanship.I paid $5 for this knife which is a nice price for basic use. So, I cannot complain.
