So happy with this purchase, it great chef knife, I like cooking a lot, so I have different types of knives in my kitchen, but this knife easily beats the other knives for its awesome performance, if you are a home cook, this is what you gotta have, this chef knife will help your cutting job be much easier. Comes very sharp, It feels very solid and is balanced well weight-wise, the handles have a good amount of weight to it that makes holding it intuitive and gives off a good balance and easy to hone. Good quality German steel, the blade is high carbon and very hard, which is naturally more durable than cheaper steel, if you used any of the cheap steel kitchen knives before using the german steel knife, you will feel the big difference between the two. Slicing meats is as easy as cutting butter, incredibly sharp, and very smooth, just put the light force down on the chef knife, and it cut smoothly. With a wood handle, attractive-looking, and premium wood, it's may not dishwasher friendly, but the sheath is a sweet spot. This has been put on my repeat purchasing list once I need another knife or if I gotta buy a gift for my family, overall, good value for the money.

A decent knife for the price.It is a functional and durable knife at a low price.Considering the price, perhaps it is unsurprising that there are corners cut.Out of the box it is reasonably sharp, though could easily be sharper.The handle is fairly comfortable, though notably there are raised spots like the rivets not being perfectly flush, and the tang is similarly not flush. Not uncomfortable, but noticeable enough to be a distraction.The geometry and grind of the blade is good enough for modest use, but in heavy use I would find distracting.There are edges where the heel, choil, and bolster are a bit sharp in a pinch grip.If you are willing to make do with good enough, it's pretty good for the price.If you are particular about quality, you may want to spend more.

My chef knife was delivered today, it come with a very nice gift box which totally surprised me. I tried it tonight to prepare dinner, wow, it's really amazing. First of all, the knife looks premium made, pretty nice, high quality, the blade is extremely sharp, I used it for vegetables, way much better than the knives I bought before. The balance is great, not too heavy, not too light, and comfortable grip. I ordered the 8-inch chef knife, it is the first time that I try this new brand. The knife is perfectly fitted in a stylish box that is well protected and packaged, and the blade is protected with a sheath that didn't happen to those knives I bought before, actually, I do need a sheath for my knife, so I think this is for a good gift option to someone who likes to cook or wants a professional knife.
