I love these silicone cake pans I don’t think I will ever buy anything else. They are so easy to use so easy to clean and come in all shapes and sizes. These ones I purchased to make a layer cake, though I ended up using the same size for all of the layers it was easy to slip one cake out of the pan and put another right back into the oven. This was only the second cake I have done I can’t wait to experiment with the different sizes
I had looked at springform cake pans so I could attempt to make a layer cake. But for me, these turned out to be better. I can easily push the cake out of the mold, and it’s easy to clean in the top rack of my dishwasher. Keep in mind you will need to set the molds on a cookie sheet for baking.
Update: I've used all the sizes and the work great. Even though the sides are flexible the cake came out as it should. I would recommend putting them on a sheet pan as the silicone is flexible. Overall I'm happy and my cakes came out great!I haven't used yet but will review at a later date. Product was as described in the ad but they seem a little flimsy.
GREAT FOR BAKING WITH MINIMAL ISSUES REMOVING CAKES
Silicone is adequate, but, a little thin. Work just fine for smaller cakes and releases just fine. Will work well with my needs for smaller batches of foods.
Love the multiple size
These pans are excellent. I lightly sprayed oil on them and the cakes came out perfectly.
