I am new to sour dough bread making. I love this tool! It is a good weight and size. It feels comfortable in my hand. It does a wonderful job scraping the dough off the sides of a bowl and just right size for moving a large portion of dough. It is solid with just a bit of flex at the edges. Washes up easily. So glad I found this. It will be indispensable to my bread making.
Very flexible to use around bowls. Soft but bendable to use as needed. No sharp edges to worry about. Easy use and clean up. Great for sourdough and bread making.
Use it for all things baking, cooking, scraping. When I use it for sourdough it’s a little stiff to scoop the dough out of the bowl. When I make tamales it works perfect to spreading. The quality of the scrapper is great, have used it almost daily ever since I bought it. Fits perfectly in my hand, I have a big hand so if you are petite and your hand is small this might be difficult to hold. Overall I believe it’s great and easy to use.
I got after bread making so I used it for clean up. Worked really well. Love the color. Seems to be a good balance between strength and flexibility. Look forward to using it more.
Perfect size for my baking needs. I like the sharp edge for cutting dough though I would prefer it be a little bit more flexible to mold to my bowls. It is rigid and will take a strong hand to bend as needed which I don't have. It cleans up well and I even put it on the top shelf of my dishwasher. I withheld one star because it is so stiff. Otherwise I'd recommend it for most cooking needs.
It was just delivered, but I wish that I'd had this years ago!The metal interior provides a sturdiness that helps in lots of different ways. It'll scrape out a bowl of stew or bread dough, and the edge is fine enough that it will most likely work as a bench scraper too!It's really a nice, food grade silicone that will get a lot of use for years!
Well made and strong! Haven't used it yet!
