This pan is wonderful I did exactly as they directed for first use. I have made pancakes, a pork dinner it cooked evenly. I did not find any problems with it a some others have. Easy cleaning, heat was even nothing stuck to the pan. I had a 5 quart for over 40 years it finally wore out. I got the 6 quart and am glad I did.
I like this pan. Non stick, warms up quickly, cooks nicely, good price, what’s not to love?
Overall, it is a good pan. It is large and I can cook for the whole family. Though it's stickier than the traditional nonstick pans, it isn't too bad. One thing I don't like is that the center of the pan is slightly higher than the edge. If you pour small amount of oil, it won't stay in the center.

While the pan is nice for the most part ours does not sit flat on our burners. Also non stick surface seems to be getting scratches just using a no scratch sponge to wash.
The best everyday pan that I’ve owned. It's heavy and easy to clean. Great bang for your buck!
