Very simple, this is a great pan. Very rugged and heavy. Cooks very evenly and holds heat well. The ceramic non-stick coating actually works and is adequately tough, won't scrape off and end up in your food. The handles are nice and stay cool. The lid is nice and heavy and fits nicely. It's just a great pan. I was a professional chef for over 25 years, I would feel comfortable using this pan in a commercial kitchen.
This is the best pan I've had. It's a quality product, heats evenly, is truly non-stick, and is a joy to use.
I was looking for a good non stick pan that was inexpensive. This hit it all. My only issues are the preseasoning and the convex bottom. It is a bit of work for cleaning and all, and all the oils slide to the sides leaving the middle dryer. That's all my woes.

Pan is working well. As advertised
We've found that cooking temperature is the same as our previous TFal. The difference is the time to sear food if desired. Also, food does not stick as advertised. Clean up is a breeze. We use this now primarily as it also uses less stovetop space, without a long handle.
Sturdy well made pan. Amazing quality. Extremely happy with this purchase.
