Love it
Very sturdy, streamlined design. Easy to hold and use, easy to clean. Fits comfortably in my hand, good ergonomic design so I'm not straining awkwardly to mix dough. I'm mostly using it for mixing medium sized batches of no-knead bread dough and it's perfect for that (typically for one large loaf at a time). It's a 9" whisk but there are designs with longer handles, which some people may prefer, perhaps for larger amounts of dough. But ergonomically this 9" design is very comfortable for me, as the handle is shaped well and allows a grip at a lower point than the longer handles.

Should have tried this much sooner!
The best dough whisk I have tried! Previously, I had been relying on another style with a wooden handle and very tightly coiled metal for the whisk. It lasted less than a year before part of the metal detached from the wooden handle. It was also VERY difficult to clean.This item is perfect. It is one continuous piece of durable steel so no concerns about it breaking. It is also very easy to clean as it doesn’t have those tight overlapping pieces. It also seems to do the job better and without the strain to my wrists. My only regret is not having bought this sooner!

Perfect Bread Tool
I have the wooden handle version of this tool and I oil it and make sure the handle doesn't crack. I use it A LOT. This stainless steel version is AMAZING. If you use this tool a lot I'd seriously consider this one. All one piece, cleans easily and works great.

THE BEST DOUGH HOOK EVER!!!!It's better than the old "Dutch" style as there are no loops and crevices to clean through. PLUS, it's a single piece of 18/10 SS. Great for mixing dough
I really like this dough whisk compared to my Danish whisk as it’s much easier to clean. My only complaints are the hook part is a little sharp and I wish the handle was a little longer.
