This is definitely bigger than the picture makes it appear. This will work wonderfully if using a bigger stock pot. In my opinion it's a little too big for a 7 or 8 quart Dutch oven. Quality is good.
It serves its purpose. I put all the roots to make thai type broths and it makes the task more easy and simple. It doesn’t rust. The size of a cup of coffee.

Container is bigger than anticipated, would hold about a cup worth of ingredients. Wish holes slightly smaller. I’m using wax paper to hold on the smaller granules and is working

as expected
Used this while making pho. Kept the spices inside and the clip on the side made retrieving it easy and safe but be careful and use heat safe gloves or wait for pot to cool completely before removing.
