Best pan I’ve used
I don’t normally write reviews, but I don’t know what people are talking about, this has to be the BEST non-stick pan I’ve ever used. Well made, great price, and probably the best pan I’ve used for all dishes. I own many other “non-stick” or stainless steel pans, and this stands in a class above the rest. A little bit of oil goes a long way and I’ve never had anything stick to it. I’ve made eggs, to steaks, and they all came out perfect. Buy it yesterday and enjoy.

Your Go-To Scrambled Egg Pan!
This is the pan you’re looking for!!! I needed a small pan to cook scrambled eggs for me and the kids. The pans I would use left the film from the eggs that would take forever to get clean. No soaking or scrubbing helped. I’ve even thrown away one because I couldn’t get it off. UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS ONE!!! Everything comes off. It cooks evenly, it’s nonstick - so nothing stays behind! I highly recommend!

Seems to be a good pan
Like the pan very much, and boy, is it ever non-stick - any more so, and it would just throw the food at you. Can use a lot less butter or oil too than in a stainless steel pan, and the cooked food slides right out. The composite handle is attractive and stays cool enough to hold. I am cautious about anything non-stick, glazed, etc that is made in china, even if it claims to be lead free, it often isn't, but I could not find a bad word about this particular brand, so, taking a chance. The cookware can survive an occasional trip through the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended, and in my short experience, is all that is needed. A little hot water, wipe it out, and you are done. 5 stars, contingent on me not finding out later that it's not lead-free.

Everything I had hoped for.
This pan has a great quality feel. I have been disappointed by other so-called non-stick pans, but this one delivers 99%. I say 99% because burnt food stuck to the outside of the pan is hard to remove, thus the 1% deduction. So don't break your eggs on the rim of the pan!

Great pan, not a great lid!
So far, I really like this pan. I liked that it was a neutral color. I liked the size of it. And I liked that it came with a lid. I also read in another review that it came with a screwdriver to put on the handle. That seems like a nice perk. I was looking for a ceramic pan that did not have a bunch of toxic chemicals. I was a little concerned that it would be too heavy or that I would not like the handle because it was a different shape from the previous pan I was using, but I actually really like it and it is very lightweight and easy to hold. It was also very easy to put together with the screwdriver. It also cooks my cabbage just how I like it. Cabbage still sticks to the pan, and I do cook with extra-virgin olive oil, but I suppose that is to be expected. The only downside is that the color has tiny little flecks all over it, so I suppose it could be hard to tell if the pan is clean and if it’s food, or if it is just the design of the pan. So just be sure to wash the pan well!The reason for 4 stars is I just discovered that the metal on the lid is coming off as dark stuff when I wipe it with a paper towel. I’m not sure what the material is, but this is concerning.
