High quality pan for a good price.
This is a fantastic pan. I bought it to compliment my existing pans that came as one set but were too small. This is a high quality pan, and since I bought it, I have only used this pan. The nonstick is really good, and it's very easy to clean. The pan keeps a good consistent heat throughout, For the size I bought, 12.5 inches, it has plenty of room. I cooked 3 grilled cheese sandwich with plenty of room at once, whereas the other pan I have fit 1 pan with little room leftover. I also cooked 3 eggs over easy at the same time, but I could have done more.This handle comes uninstalled, but the pan comes with a nice screwdriver to put it together. I almost exclusively use silicone cooking utensils to keep my pans for longer. That being said the pan looks like it is scratch resistant. This pan is a great value.

Amazing
Writing this review after first use - first to anyone buying this pan or other of same species - you must only use medium heat as high heat will destroy non stick properties. Use lid and food will probably cook as fast.I purposely did not use any butter or oil in making eggs to test the non stick qualities - superb !!!! The eggs slid off the pan effortlessly, and what clean up? There was nothing left in the pan. Rinse it off with soap just for precaution but the pan is super functional, effortless cooking and cleaning, does all without bio hazard or sticking and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommended !!!

Great Pans- Highly Recommend
I love these pans and have bought a few so I now have a set of different shapes and sizes. They are attractive, well made and not too heavy. They also do great in the dishwasher. The scratch resistance has held up over the last few months doing much better than other pans I bought elsewhere. They heat up just in the right amount of time (not too fast, not too slow).

Great pan, not a great lid!
So far, I really like this pan. I liked that it was a neutral color. I liked the size of it. And I liked that it came with a lid. I also read in another review that it came with a screwdriver to put on the handle. That seems like a nice perk. I was looking for a ceramic pan that did not have a bunch of toxic chemicals. I was a little concerned that it would be too heavy or that I would not like the handle because it was a different shape from the previous pan I was using, but I actually really like it and it is very lightweight and easy to hold. It was also very easy to put together with the screwdriver. It also cooks my cabbage just how I like it. Cabbage still sticks to the pan, and I do cook with extra-virgin olive oil, but I suppose that is to be expected. The only downside is that the color has tiny little flecks all over it, so I suppose it could be hard to tell if the pan is clean and if it’s food, or if it is just the design of the pan. So just be sure to wash the pan well!The reason for 4 stars is I just discovered that the metal on the lid is coming off as dark stuff when I wipe it with a paper towel. I’m not sure what the material is, but this is concerning.
