Everything fitted.The glass pan lid is sturdy and fitted tightly👍High recommend.Will be looking to buy small quart pots with lids from same vendor/manufacturer.Update: used to make Indian Bhagi curry for Pav Bhagi. Used high heat to fry onions etc. Then slow cooked for some time. Lovely pot. Caramalized curry as it reduced in volume crusted on the edges. But came right off with gentle swivel with silicon spatula👍🏽. Even heating. Experience👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 During washing saw water get trapped in the exterior rim (metal to glass) of lid. But small issue. Pot cleaned up with no scrubbing. Little bit of blackening on the exterior base. Comes off easily with Clorox powder and gentle scrubbing.

Only Skillet needed

This is the only ceramic deep skillet you will need.Wood handle attaches easily, they even include a screwdriver. At medium heat the pan heats evenly and quick conduction of heat, (electric glass top stove) no stick is amazing. I have the 12 inch, the depth allows for making everything in one pan. so easy to just wipe clean. light weight. I usually use a cast iron skillet. this is a very good product.

Attractive and Functional

I bought the 11 inch, white ceramic pan. It is a very attractive pan and it is very functional. There are a couple things to improve it.The size and high sides make it perfect for browning a pound of ground meat. It is non-stick and easy to clean. I wash by hand and do not use metal or abrasive utensils with it, so I have not had any problems with scratches or chips. The weight is manageable.Something to improve on this pan is the pour spout. It is only on one side. Ideally, there would be a spout on both sides. I like to hold the pan in my left hand while scraping or stirring with utensils in my right hand. For this, the spout is on the wrong side.Also to improve are the seams. The pan itself is easy to clean. But the handle and lid have seams that allow food or wash water to get inside.Something that is a little strange is when I first put it on the stove (I have a gas stove), the pan makes loud popping sounds. Is this moisture under the steel plate on the bottom? It does not affect the functionality of the pan. It just startled me the first few times I used it.Overall, this is a good pan. I would buy it again!

Nice pan but slow to heat liquids

The non-stickability and clean up is off the charts. It seared meat just fine. Deep capacity for larger dishes. I cooked Chicken Marsala. Everything was fine until I started adding liquids for the sauce. Unlike my enameled cast iron braiser which returns to boil within 2 minutes, when I added liquids to the Sensarte pan the temperature plummeted and it took almost 10 minutes to return to boil on a medium high electric range. Next time, I will add preheated liquids which should solve the problem. The 12 inch lid was nice too although is too small for the 12 1/2 fry pan they offer.
