Superior Slicer Which Holds An Edge Well

While not a heavy duty "whacker" this knife is superior as a super sharp slicer that holds its edge well. Superior for slicing tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. It fits that slicer niche better than any other knives we've had going back 30 years or so.
