I use this for wallpapering and other home decorating projects. It’s great.
I do a lot of wallpapering and painting and one thing that really gets to me about myself is that I will set a tool down while I’m in the middle of a job and then I will spend as much time looking to see where I put it. Text me twice as long to do a job because of this. I’m getting up and down off the ladder, put the tool down and then have to come back down off the ladder to retrieve it wherever it had gotten to.When I saw this apron, I knew this would be a solution to the problem of keeping my tools handy while I’m using them.This has eight different pockets to corral everything from my scissors to my smoothing squeegee, my tape measure, my gloves, paper and pencil for measuring, safety glasses, scissors, razor knife, and whatever else it is that I’m working with at the timeOne of the pockets has a nice zipper on it. This is actually good for putting extra razor replacements in and keeping prying little fingers away for them. Another great feature of this apron is that it has a very long ties that will wrap to the back of it, and then around to the front of it. It keeps it on securely and I imagine it would fit almost anyone who wants to wear a half apron like this either in the food service industry or for doing what I’m doing with home dec.The material is sturdy, washable, and really just a pleasure to wear because of all of those pockets and the ties.. It’s really quite versatile. Hopefully this solves the problem of my missing tools and will save me time because I won’t have to look for them a double the time it takes me to do a job. Let’s hope!.

POCKETS!
While I no longer work at a restaurant, I do miss my aprons. I had recently been helping at a friend's bed and breakfast and realized how much I miss having functional pockets. Most of my clothes either have poorly placed pockets or no pockets at all. When I work, I want to be able to carry my phone, a pen, some gloves, etc..This apron is perfect! The black color is stark and goes with anything. The material repels liquids and feels very durable. It seems to be well made overall. The straps are extra long, which I especially appreciate. For an extra hefty gal like myself, these are plenty long. If you're not a hefty person, there is enough strap there to double-wrap it around you.There are different sized pockets that work great for doing stuff out in the yard and doing household projects. It's my equivalent of a tool belt! Sometimes it is carrying screws, sometimes it is seeds, other times its a handful of hard candies, it could be box cutter, a pack of tissues, my lip balm, some cash, my phone...These aren't just good for serving... this apron is handy in so many different situations. This is a good quality, super useful, well designed and handy piece to have around. This was a great find!Very happy with this apron! It will get ALOT of use!

As a server, this is the best apron I’ve ever had!
As a server, I got tired of not having a secure place to put my change in my money. I actually lost $10 the other night because I guess I grabbed my book out of my apron and my money fell out so I purchased this apron with a zipper in it it’s super good quality. The fabric qualities is really good. You can tell that it’s been stitch really well cause it feels really durable. The fit is great. The strings are long enough that I can wrap them around me and then wrap them and bring them around to my front and tie them in the front which is so nice and I’m not a tiny girl. I’m a size 12 so super awesome. The color seems to be a really deep black which I like as well and I don’t know about it being waterproof, but it’s definitely water resistant. I did a test first. I ran the corner under the tap on my faucet to see if it would get wet and it did. Then I sprayed it with a spray bottle like if I spilled some drink down on my apron and it was resistant the water beaded off ! So I’m super satisfied with this product. I’m really happy. I have two of them an extra one just in case I don’t think I’m going back to the other apron ever again. This one has so many amazing pockets. It has a place for your keys , pens, phone, server book, it even has room for a toast machine if that’s what you use I’ve noticed that the thicker straps in the More pockets help with less back pain. My other apron really hurt my back because it’s super small strings digging into my back insides, this one does not do that

Not a server - but PERFECT for a person who doesn't ever seem to have pockets
What can I say? I LOVE these. (I am NOT a server.) So, like, none of my clothes have pockets. I have skirts, and dresses, and some comfy pants, and they are all, sadly, pocketless. So when I am at the store, balancing my list, a pen, my phone ... it's a mess; when I'm wrapping gifts, with scissors, and labels, and tape ... a mess ... anything I do, where one might use pockets, I have none.So I saw this come up in Vine, and honestly, I'd never thought of an apron that didn't go over my neck, or something around my waist that wasn't huge and bulky like a tool belt. This server apron was ... perfect. Do I care how it looks? Nope, not at all. Maybe super cool, maybe super nerdy ... I don't care. I went to the store today, and I had my list in a pocket, and my pen in another, and my phone in one, and nothing was precariously balanced in the upper front part of the cart, waiting to either fall through the bars down or in front, and it was lovely. These aprons now go with me whenever i would normally want pockets. 10 stars.
