Multi purpose trays

These are thick plastic and heavy duty trays. Two are black and two are red. You can easily color code prep trays and serving trays that way. But since I have nicer platter for serving, I use them all for prep. These are thick enough they won't bend when you slap a couple of 3 pound porterhouses on to them. They are also textured so food doesn't slide around which is nice. They clean up easily with soap and water in the sink. The dishwasher is more tricky since these are large trays and won't likely fit on the top shelf. And I never recommend putting plastic on the bottom shelf of a dishwasher due to the heating elements present in most of them. So I highly suggest you hand wash these to avoid damage. These are highly recommended for the griller or bbq'r who cooks for large groups.

They look like cafeteria trays

These are a lot like cafeteria trays but they work well for what is intended. They are a good size and the different color for raw and cooked is helpful. Easy to clean and store. I do wish the bottom of the trays were a bit thicker but they still do the job. I already have used them many times. Overall is a good product.
