I’m really happy with this double layer cherry-shaped ceramic fruit bowl. It took me about five minutes to put together and requires a Phillips screwdriver (not included), but assembly was simple and straightforward.The quality is very nice. The ceramic feels solid and well made, not thin or fragile. Once assembled, it feels stable on the counter and doesn’t wobble. It holds small items perfectly — I’ve used it for candy, fruit, and even a few small veggies. Retro to modern
Functional Decor from my past. I have seen my share of ceramic serving baskets or trays, and I did not think to see that they are making a come back, and are displayed in may households again. I liked this one when I saw it, because it reminded me of my moms. The serving fruit bowl, came in two sections, bottom basket , and a smaller one as the top basket, the parts will connect with a silver painted "stem" between the bowls, and a top bit that looks like the stem of a cherry. With a bit of assembling I was ready to put it in the middle of my dinning table as a display for my fruits. Now the bowls are ceramic and came well protected, but the stem part is painted plastic and painted silver, the stem on top had a chip and red color was looking through.

Attractive countertop display for various food items
Great presentation for small food items such as fruit, candies, or cheese/crackers. The ceramic bowls are a beautiful glazed white and heavy duty. Product was packaged very well. Assembly is required, and the only downside is the instructions are not clear where to place the metal washers and the plastic washers. What I did (in order): Metal screw -> metal washer -> plastic washer -> bottom bowl -> connecting rod -> double-end screw -> metal washer -> plastic washer -> top bowl -> branch handle. This install order has the washers hidden beneath the bowls so they are not visible. Maybe the seller will see my comments and update the instructions 😉The product is a little delicate, so no heavy hands grabbing items! Great for every-day use, parties, or even a table centerpiece. I will find many uses for this.

A Cherry On Top
The thing I like most about this cherry shaped ceramic double layer display is the thickness of the ceramic dishes. The overall presentation is very beautiful similar to other white fruit and food displays I have already. This would be called a cherry on top if the assembly was easier and more secure.The rod that holds it up is very good however, there is a small piece that links the top bowl to the stem of the cherry. That piece is not long enough in my opinion because it does not offer the stability you need for the smaller bowl on top.I’m sure if I work with it a little bit more the small metal pieces that has screws will work once assembled evenly between the rod and the cherryOnce you heat that caution, it is definitely a good purchase simply because those bowls are gorgeous.My assembly with the pictures shows fruit you could see the limiting capacity of that! I would definitely use it for candy and other small treats like that.

Beautiful, Sturdy Fruit Bowls
What a beautiful bowl set for fruit arrangements! I got the 2 level, and while the instructions are fine, it was a bit of a challenge to get it all together; in fact, I had to put it together in the exact reverse of the instructions. Doing it that way, I was able to attach and secure the top piece (the bent silver cherry stalk) so much easier. Because it is not straight, it was too difficult to get it started on the threads without threatening to cross-thread, so putting that on first to secure it, then build from the top down, in the order shown on the instructions; placing the silicone washer inside the bowl, and the silver smaller washer on the bottom of the bowls, as you go, and you'll be fine.

However, you will have to install the “stem” but it’s easy to figure out and put it together within five minutes. All you will need is a Phillips screw driver.
