Possibly the best at this price point

After a month of use:I got this for $26 on sale. At that price, this knife has been very impressive so far. Edge retention is great as I haven't needed to so much as hone it in a month of use with meat and veg on a hard maple cutting board. It's also comfortable to use, the fit and finish is good, and it comes in a nice box.At the current (12/31/2025) price of $45 it's still a steal. In fact, it's better than the Victorinox fibrox (which I also own) which is often touted as the best budget chef knife.Also, it's stated in the images that the "Damascus" pattern is fake- laser etched on. So if you buy this and get mad about that, you have mush for brains.
