Nice product and good quality
Messy when you want to get the grounds out. Lid is annoying to reset and when not seated will impede placement of canister into unit. I like the timing feature and the ability to specify the coarseness of the grounds.
For what it is, this little burr grinder isn't bad. It does what it is supposed to do and does a very good job. The burr grinder blades are metal. If you're looking for a grinder that is easy to use (and clean), and you only need to make one or two cups of coffee at a time, then this is a really good option for the price. If you're a heavy coffee drinker or if there are a lot of people in your household, then while it would do a great job grinding, the hopper and the grind catcher is pretty small for any volume at all. Perfect for one or two people who drink lightly though.
What a wonderful piece of need ...for real ...my coffee has never tasted better ..bless you grinder
Someone else mentioned the basket to catch the grinds has to be held in place to get it to work. That’s my experience. I’ve had it a day and I’m ready to return it. Things needed quite a good twist or tug to remove them for the initial cleaning, and then on first use i cannot get the grind chamber to click into place as the video shows. Literally from the first grind, so I know it wasn’t a bean blocking the chute- I was just reassembling before adding beans. Also note if you let up a tiny bit of pressure that chute will start blowing grinds off the side of the chamber, so now you have additional cleanup. I’ve had the smaller grinder for 10 years with no issues, though it’s on its last legs, so I was hopeful about this one. *sigh*I’ve seen maybe 4-5 reviews online since the start of 2026 with the same complaint, so it’s possible they made a small alteration to the way the top lid fits into the chute. BTW, the basket alone clicks all the way on, and the lid tunnel fits fully into the chute when handled separately. But put the lid on the chamber and it’s a no-go.
I bought a better grinder but for the price and ease of function this one would be fine
