I had bought a very similar coffee maker for work so when I wanted one for home this was a no brainer. It is very versatile with different sizes and types as well as being able to do iced coffee. The hot coffee comes out really hot! The black looks very sleek as well. I would definitely buy it again if I needed another one.
Once I got this coffee maker working it is great. Makes good quality coffee and the serving sizes seem to be accurate. My only concern was the initial start up. I followed the instructions and it just wouldn't work. Finally I looked at the trouble shooting instructions which noted to run the descaling process first. When I did that, the coffee maker started working fine and has had no issues. I don't know if that is required for first use on all their machines. If so, It should state that in the operating instructions.

You have to have the exact size of pods to work in this machine! Not all of them fit!When I tried to email for the extended warranty, it would not accept the email provided. I tried five different times to three different email addresses, and none of them worked!
Great quality. I find it better than my old Keurig and the price is right. Very easy to use. KCups work well in this machine.
