It's that time again to do spring cleaning, and my kitchen cabinets needed a refresh. I had similar shelf liners that I put in my cabinets 20 years ago, which worked perfectly over the years but needed replacing. I was so happy to find something similar. The liner is thick, non-adhesive, easy to cut with scissors, and looks great on the shelves. Great product at a good price point, too!
Works exactly how I expected and needed it to! I bought a shoe cabinet and wanted to put a liner in to help protect the shelves inside the shoe cabinet and this was perfect. I cut it to size (super easy to cut), and used glue dots to adhere the liner to the shelf and it worked like a charm! The liner is great quality as well, would absolutely buy again if needed for something else!
I have been using this liner for years. It is great. I wanted a no-adhesive liner. It's not too thick, but it absorbs the daily in an out of pots and pans in our kitchen drawers. I used it at the base of a cabinet where cooking trays are stored vertically. It has nicely protected the bottom from sliding trays and oil coatings that never seem to come off. I replaced the grungy liners after 15 years, and the wood underneath looks like the day it was installed. I use it on my steel storage shelves in the garage, and it prevents heavy tools from scratching the metal shelves. It is easy to clean too. If you make a mess (think food pantries), remove it, wash it, dry it and re-install, and it is as good as new. It comes in a roll so it may not lie flat at first, but after a week or so, it hugs the shelf nicely. It's easy to cut. I use a straight edge, a marker to make lines and then cut it on a Masonite sheet on the kitchen floor with a utility knife. You don't have to press the knife very hard if the blade is sharp, so I suspect that cardboard will protect a floor.
It is pretty thick It is slip resistant I’m happy with it but for next time I would use a pre cut one. This was too much work in my opinion. But the quality is excellent
