Putting the FUN in “fun”ctionality!
This is such a fun and innovative item! It did take me a bit to understand how to turn it on. I was wondering how it would go on sometimes and not other times. But I learned to tap it twice to turn it on and then once to stop (yes this is stated in the directions but my error is thinking it was a button that depresses down when you push it and that was my mistake). Just simply tap it twice in a quick succession and it goes. Once more to stop, as shown in my video.I love that the little gizmo that turns on the bottom is magnetic and sticks to the cup itself, I don’t need to worry about it getting loose and lost when not in use.For testing this I used my mushroom coffee because it has a lot of sediment in it. I usually use those chargeable electric whisks and they are a great idea. But let’s be real, I’m not going to carry that extra gizmo to work or with me on the go. But I can take this cup with me and tap it whenever I need my drink mixed again. Next I will have to try it with my greens drink mix and see how it fares. As far as the mushroom coffee? It left very little sediment at the bottom. Pretty good, considering.The one thing to note is that the handle can make fitting it into some car cupholders difficult. I drive a *stylish* minivan (Honda Odyssey) so I was able to move the handle to between the two cupholders and it worked fine. I was also able to move the handle to the front of my unimpeded cup holders as well. But this wouldn’t work on the sides or the back area for my set up. So it may not work in every car’s cupholder set up.I also like the temperature gauge but it is in celsius. So it’s not really utilized by me. I still think it’s a pretty cool feature and I hope in the future they make one with fahrenheit. I also hope they consider making a larger sized version cup, as I usually carry around 30+ ounces.Please pardon my messy kitchen, I was cleaning as I was trying to work with this so I had lots of items all over.
