Absolutely great product! I use it in my gourmia 8quart and it fits perfect. I have been using it daily 2-3 times and its working super well. This is a must-have accessory, in my opinion, if you want to get the most out of your air fryer. Foods like eggs, cheese and sauces, that would have you attacking your air fryer basket's rack or non-stick coating with a bristle brush to clean, mostly just wipe right off of this silicone liner. It's also safe to use as a pan for preparing dishes like casseroles, although you probably don't want to serve foods in it, and you certainly shouldn't use knives on it. Using the liner doesn't affect cooking times or interfere with airflow. The liner compacts down to a flat square about 1/2" thick for easier storage.While even the maximum heat of your air fryer won't melt or otherwise damage your liner, it will gradually discolor somewhat over time. Also, some foods may stick to the liner more than others, necessitating the use of detergent and a bristle brush or plastic scrubber to clean your liner, but it will still be a lot easier to clean than your air fryer's basket or rack, and it will cost you a lot less to replace one of these liners if it gets damaged than it would cost to replace an air fryer basket.I don't use the liner every time I use the air fryer. Many foods don't leave hard-to-clean messes, and avocado or canola oil that I spray on foods from my oil sprayer (NEVER use canned oil spray in an air fryer!) come off easily with dishwashing liquid, water and wiping with a smooth dish sponge. I just use the liner for foods that get very messy, usually those involving cheese, eggs, fats that ooze out or sauces that burn on.I recently made several batches of salmon filets in my air fryer, and I placed the salmon in this liner. Each batch left puddles of fat and glaze on the bottom of the liner, which came clean easily with a couple minutes of work with a soapy brush and a stream of very warm water. The previous time I cooked salmon in the same air fryer was before I bought my liner, and cleanup took a couple of 15-minute sessions of *careful* scrubbing of the rack and basket so as to get the baked-on residue off without damaging that non-stick coating. The salmon looked and tasted great, and the liner is a real time saver.
These are terrific! No more air fryer mess in my household. The only drawback is the size. They’re probably the right size for most air fryers but for mine they’re just a couple of inches to small. So instead of fryer a lot of food depending on the type of food I sometimes have to do double batches. Some of the reviews say their food tastes like silicone. My answer to that is you should ALWAYS WASH food prep containers prior to using them. Wash with mild detergent (Dawn) and warm water. Yes they smell like silicone upon opening but after you wash them there isn’t any smell. To me it’s a no brainer but I might be different because I use common sense. I don’t need a manufacturer to tell me I should wash it first. I guess I’m just old school. Btw, these cook everything evenly.
I love these. Just got a new air fryer to replace our old one that wasn’t working right anymore, and these fit perfectly. Easy to clean.Keep in mind, they do get hot. Don’t just grabbed them out of the air fryer, use pot holders or something to take the food out like tongs. They aren’t thin so they hold heat well. We stack them, nuggets in the top and fries in the bottom and then switch them half way. Everything cooks well, gets crispy.
These are a good fit for my air fryer, and seem pretty heavy duty: much better than the one I replaced.
