I was a bit skeptical that this pan would work, but wanted a pan that would fit my microwave convection oven, it not only worked great and cleaned up easy, the rolls turn out perfect every time, golden brown even on the bottoms. So happy with it I bought another. Note to bakers...use 2.8 ounces of dough per slot.
Wanted a different shape for my bread and these work perfectly. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Nice size loaves. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Not good, not badThe product itself is fineI prefer the bake of a metal pan. I didn't realize that until I bought this, as this was my first silicon bread pan.
I've had a bit of trouble getting it fully clean because of how flexible it is, however I love making my rolls in this pan. They are perfect for sandwich rolls. Will definitely buy more so I can make bigger batches and will definitely buy other styles for other size/shaped bread/rolls.
I don’t care for the size of it. The little loaves are too small. Also doesn’t hold its shape.I intend to bake bread with it any way.
Nice size for a hoagie bun. Decently substantial silicone and with the perforated bottom you get a nice crusty bread. I've used metal French bread pans forever but these are nice and light. I'd definitely recommend this pan.
I ended up returning this product, not because it's bad, but simply because it didn't suit my needs. The soft silicone material made it difficult to handle, especially with hot food. While it may work for others, it wasn't the right fit for me. I can't speak to its cleaning process as I didn't use it.
