Really Nice and Thick-

This is nice and thick. I was worried how thick it would be. It is scored and that makes it really easy to cut to size. You will need utility scissors to do this because it is nice and thick. The first time I used it on a bowl instead of foil I forgot about it getting hot with everything else and went to take it off. Don't do that, OK? It gets hot, LOL! You just place it on the top and it will be fine. The mat weight keeps it tight to the rim. This is a game changer. No more dried out on top food because I do not want to use foil anymore. I have put a piece down on the rack to cook a yam because of how it drips all that sticky stuff all over. I used to wrap it in foil and I hated doing that. Now I just put the mat down right on the rack and the yam on top and any sticky stuff just stays right there on the mat. And, it is so easy to clean too. Much better than the bottom of the oven getting dripped on. That is a really nasty bit of cleaning. There is no smell that comes off of this stuff either. It really does a great job of sealing to the top of the bowl or container just by pressing around the edges and it protects the food form drying out when re-heating. Definitely worth the money. High end silicone for a very good price. You cannot go wrong with this product.

Perfect for cookies and everything else

This mat has been wonderful. My teenage daughter makes cookies and sells them and she was using parchment paper. They slide all over the place and you can only use them once and cutting this roll to fit our cookie sheets has been so much better. It is so easy to clean and after cleaning it basically sticks right on the cookie sheet so I can store them with the mat right on there. This is so much easier than rolling them up or laying them somewhere and putting them in a different space. This way they stay together and it works perfectly. The grid is just a bonus and helps us figure out how to space them on the sheet.
