Why does anyone use parchment paper when there's THIS???
I love this stuff.I just started baking more seriously and everyone talks about parchment paper. So I looked up what that was, and discovered that it took paper - one of the easiest substances to recycle - and silicone - one of the most amazingly easy to clean, resilient, long-term reusable substances known to humanity - and turns them into a something that can't be recycled or reused, and goes straight into the trash.Whut.So I bought this instead, and I love it. It's easy to cut pieces of, easy to use, and incredibly easy to wash and reuse. No greasing, no fretting over nonstick surfaces. I have a cast iron skillet I haven't seasoned *quite* to perfection yet. No problem! My nice nonstick brownie pan isn't *quite* nonstick enough to do without any oiling at all...no problem, because this stuff definitely is.It's just sturdy enough to be easy to use, and thin enough that A: it's easy to cut, and B: it doesn't stop the bottom of my bread loves from browning nicely. It's also serious value for money. It's going to be a long, long time before I use it all up.

Did not disappoint.
Great product. I actually cut this to make oversized placemats for my grandkids. They stay in place and also work great when we do crafts at the table.

No more tin foil!
I don't wrote many reviews, but I am honestly impressed. Not only do I save money on tin foil, in the end because I am not constantly using foil and throwing it away this is earth friendly :) it is also truly non stick and washes incredibly easily, I use it to line my baking pans, as well as my air fryer! I use it in place of parchment paper for cooling cookies and other desserts, has been awesome!

Great if you know how to use it, but it LOVES cat hair
I got this to create envelopes for making butter sheets for laminated dough. Having a roll of this to cut to size is great. It is thinner than most mats, which makes it easier to fold and work with. I found it really beats using parchment paper for making the butter sheets. The only drawback in my kitchen is that we have a cat in the house and, no matter how well I clean the kitchen, I swear that every stray cat hair sees this and make a beeline from wherever it is in the house just to stick to the sheet I am going to use. And once the hair is stuck to it, it does not come off except with soap and water. This means you have to wash it super well before every use and work as quickly as possible before the cat hair shows up. I have not had this issue with other silicone mat products. For the butter sheets, when I've rolled them out, if I pop them in the fridge or freezer for a bit, the sheet pulls off them without and residue sticking to the sheet, which is better than any alternative I’ve found. And because the roll is 10 feet long, there is plenty to use for different things. I think the roll will last me for years.

Works awesome for air fryer
I cut pieces to fit my air fryer trays and really is a time saver. Racks/teays stay clean and the silicone mats are easy to clean. I've used the same ones over and over so most of my roll hasn't been used yet.One hack I learned, if you make gooey things like omelets (or vegan omelets) and burgers (or bean burgers) is to cook it in air fryer until you think it's cooked through. Top side will be crispy. Let it cool on the silicone mat/tray a few minutes without disturbing it. Then you can dump upside down on your plate and peel off the silicone "backing" almost clean. If some goo sticks, either it could cook or cool longer. It's easier than flipping an omelet!
