Worked in the electric smoker.
Instruction book says not to use aluminum foil in my electric smoker. Saw somewhere the hint to use the silicone mat for easy clean up in a smoker. I tried it and it works great and clean up was not to much trouble. Being able to cut to the size and shapes I needed was great. My smoker heats up to a maximum of 275 deg. I cut two pieces. One for the bottom of the smoker with a hole cut for the grease drain and another for above the water pan and a hole for it. Most of the burned on food pealed off. Scrub the rest off with a non-scratch pad and dish soap and now are ready to use again. The size ordered just fit the size of my smoker. Pay attention to the measurements to see if this will work in your electric smoker.

I bought this to make lithium battery fire protection blankets, in combination with a cut up fiberglass fire blanket. The roll holds quite a bit so I lined one of my glass shelves in my fridge and it worked out very nicely, the translucent mat passes through some light and it reduces the chance of breaking a glass shelf. I also covered the part of my kitchen counter that gets the most use and abuse with some of this silicone. It is barely noticeable while offering considerable protection including temporary placement of hot pots. It is thin but not too thin. It presents a non-skid surface.

Great for what I need it for
Perfect for for preventing metal taste pans or sticking. They cut very well and withstand the temperature I need it for when baking. Definitely a game changer for me. Especially when appearance matters of what you are baking. Clean pretty easy, no issue there. I just wish I had something to cut them in strips easily.
