After three attempts at a cake ~ success!! And I'm obsessed! Definitely use butter and flour to prevent sticking and I decrease the oven temp to 300. Low and slow with this one. Took about 45 min and couldn't get the bottom cooked perfectly but whatever ~ it's so great!!

Mold arrived on time and in great shape. What did not come with was it's capacity, and a recipe or two to get started. Look forward to experimenting.
