I jumped on the “souper cubes” trend to make leftover meals easier on busy days. These molds have held up for several months of frequent use. Leftovers go in unceremoniously, pop out with little effort, and cleanup is simple. They also hold up in my dishwasher after several months.The molds are ridged, and the larger cubes can bulge a bit if they don’t have a flat, undisturbed spot while freezing.
