Great for sourdough & keto buns
I originally bought this to make sourdough hamburger buns and sandwich rolls. Then, we found out my allergies weren’t dust, pollen or mold, but actually an allergy to most flours. Well, it turns out these little molds are perfect for cheese “bread.” If you follow the keto or carnivore diet, this is a great purchase! Lets you enjoy normal-looking buns without the mess. You can also use it for cheese crisps.

Works great for my baking needs
These work great for me. In purchasing them, you MUST put them on an oven-half sheet pan (19"L x 13"W x 1"H) to work properly. The molds by themselves are far too flimsy to transfer to the oven by themselves.I have a pair each of the hamburger, hotdog/brat, and hoagie molds. All of them work great. For the hamburger buns, weigh out your dough balls to about 110-120 grams each, let them do their final proof in these molds for about 25 minutes before transferring to your oven. The oven spring will take care of the rest.
