Great for freezing portions
So I initially got this for freezing fruit juice and other things for smoothies, but suddenly decided I needed to make homemade cat food. I hate waste and when we had chicken ready to expire I decided to try the meat grinder to make cat food. Hey loves it but it can't stay in the fridge but for so long. I made cat food cubes to freeze. Brilliant. I can take out a cube and heat it with water for one meal or take a large cube for a few days' meals. So easy to fill and freeze. clean up is a breeze. I use this for so many meal prep things for our whole family.

Cute, sturdy, good for portioning
I love to use this style of ice tray to portion out all kinds of freezable things. I'll use it for vegetable stock, leftover wine, extra tomato paste, preserving herbs in olive oil, etc. I have several 1/2, 1, and 2 cup portion trays, but this is the first one that I have with smaller increments. It's perfect for anything that you just need a few tablespoons/1/4 cup of at a time. Of course, you can also use it to make ice and even pretty ice with flower petals in it, if that's your jam. The set is easy to use, and the walls and sides seem strong and durable. The lid fits nicely/tightly and stays in place. The cubicles are each flexible enough for easy ice removal, so the size and functionality are both high. I am quite pleased with it and I would recommend it.

Very effective ice mold

Easy-release, great for big cocktail cubes and meal prep portions
I really like this silicone ice cube tray. It comes with reinforced steel top frame, which keeps it stable and easy to handle, and the flexible BPA-free silicone mold that makes popping out ice super easy and straightforward. The easy-release action works reliably, and the cubes come out with clean edges on the sides and bottom, which is perfect for neat presentation.The two cavity sizes is also nice: the larger cubes are ideal for on-the-rocks glasses in cocktails, while the smaller ones are a nice option for things like freezing single servings of pesto or other meal prep sauces. It is a thoughtful feature that covers both drinks and kitchen uses effectively.There is a bit of a learning curve with filling levels — underfill or overfill, and the tops can end up uneven or frosty white instead of clear (see photos). There is a line inside but it's not really easy to fill it just right for each of the mold, and depending on the freezing temp etc, it will be different. It also needs to sit perfectly flat in the freezer to avoid cracked or tilted cubes, which can be tricky in a packed fridge. A flat bottom support or extra reinforcement would help with that stability but one can only hope so much. Lid is also nice touch, although I wish it also came with reinforced frame. Overall, it's not perfect but for the price this is as perfect as it can be I guess.

Cool (heh heh) Product!
Large ice cubes seem to be a thing lately, and I can see why. These big cubes last so much larger ina cup. Or cubes singular, I should say. One cubes, maybe 2, fits into the typical glass. With less surface area, these cubes definitely stay formed much longer than an equivalent amount of standard cube or crushed ice. Am looking for to embedding my oversized cubes with appropriate garnishes, like lemon or berries for example. Also, making "striped" cubes. By freezing consecutive layers of colored liquids and juices. I also like that there is a lid, to keep the cubes fresh and clean from any freezer debris or frost. Two thumbs up!

Silicone Ice Cube Tray
The silicone is pliable, which made the ice cubes easy to push out, even though some were quite large. I liked the measurements listed along the inside of the cavities to allow exact measurements for partial cubes. The lid fit snugly and does great at keeping the cubes from being contaminated from other things in the freezer.
