Holds the Lid :)
Thick rubber material holds to the handles of my Crock Pot well. Though I wouldn't expect it to keep the lid on upside-down, it holds the lid down securely enough for transport. So it fits a common need--that usually in the past resulted in creative self-fixes that aren't so simple, reliable, or reusable. The notches are a great design element since they allow this to fit different sizes of crock pots. The one downside is that this picks up just about any dust it touches almost instantly. All said, the item fills an important role well, is reusable and adaptable to different Crock Pot sizes, and is inexpensive. So it's worth the price!

A Simple, Smart Solution for Securing Pot Lids During Transport.
This is one of those simple products that makes you wonder why you didn’t buy it sooner. I’ve always resorted to Saran wrap, rubber bands, or even string to try and keep a pot lid from shifting when moving food, and none of those methods ever felt secure. This strap is a much better and cleaner solution. The silicone material is thick, flexible, and feels durable. It stretches easily over the lid and handles, and once it’s in place, it holds everything together securely. I especially like that it has multiple holes and cutouts, which makes it adaptable for different pot styles, handle shapes, and sizes instead of being a one-fit-only design. It’s also reusable and easy to clean. A quick rinse is all it needs, and it stores flat without taking up space. It’s far more practical than disposable wrap or makeshift fixes, especially when dealing with hot or heavy pots.Overall, this is a straightforward, well-designed accessory that brings peace of mind when transporting cooked food. If you regularly move pots or slow cookers for family meals, gatherings, or potlucks, this is a simple upgrade that just works.
